Refund & Cancellation Policy

LAST UPDATED: MAY 3, 2026·LOGIC64 LLC

1. Overview

Logic64 offers subscription-based access to its AI workspace generator platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancel your subscription, and how we process such requests.

By purchasing a paid plan on Logic64, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. This policy applies to all paid tiers: Developer ($5/month) and Architect Pro ($20/month).

This policy was last updated on May 3, 2026 and is effective immediately for all new and existing subscribers.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. No forms, phone calls, or support tickets are required.

When you cancel:

  • Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • At the end of the paid period, your account reverts automatically to the Hobby (free) tier.
  • Existing projects and generated workspaces remain accessible under the constraints of the Hobby tier.

Cancellation does not delete your account or your data. You can resubscribe at any time and regain full paid-tier access immediately.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 — First-Payment Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with Logic64 for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment on a given plan. No reason is required. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3.2 — Subsequent Billing Cycles

For payments beyond the first, refunds are not automatically granted. However, we handle each case individually and fairly. Grounds we routinely accept include:

  • Documented platform outages or critical failures lasting more than 24 consecutive hours during your billing period.
  • Duplicate charges caused by a billing system error.
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation request (we will refund these in full plus investigate the error).

We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused time when you voluntarily cancel mid-cycle. Your plan access simply continues until the period ends.

3.3 — Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly charges for periods in which workspace generations were used.
  • Payments older than 30 days (except for verified billing errors).
  • Charges made under a promotional or discounted rate, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately. The difference between your current plan price and the new plan price is calculated on a pro-rata basis and charged or credited accordingly.

Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You retain the higher-tier features until then. No credit is issued for the remaining portion of the current cycle.

Switching from a paid plan back to Hobby is treated as a cancellation (see Section 2).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@logic64.com with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Logic64 account.
  • The date of the charge you are disputing.
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We respond to all billing inquiries within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your statement as a reversal from Stripe, our payment processor.

You can also initiate a refund request directly from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Request Refund for first-payment refunds within the 7-day window.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks create additional friction for both parties and may result in the permanent suspension of your Logic64 account while the dispute is pending.

We are committed to resolving any legitimate billing issue quickly and fairly. Reach out to billing@logic64.com and we will make it right.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of a paid Logic64 plan after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
