1. Overview

Logic64 (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

This policy applies to the Logic64 website (logic64.com), the web dashboard (app.logic64.com), the CLI tool, and any other services operated by LOGIC64 LLC. It was last updated on May 3, 2026.

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 — Account Data

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. Identity management is handled by Clerk. Logic64 receives only the data necessary to identify your account (user ID, email, display name). We do not store passwords.

2.2 — Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including workspace generation requests, job queue activity, feature usage patterns, and error logs. This data is used to improve the platform and debug issues.

2.3 — Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full billing address. We receive a tokenized payment method reference and basic billing details (name, country, last 4 digits) from Stripe.

2.4 — Workspace & Project Data

We store the project definitions, workspace configurations, and generated artifacts created through your use of the Service. This data is associated with your account and retained until you delete it or close your account.

2.5 — Log & Device Data

We collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and request timestamps for security and operational purposes. This data is retained for up to 90 days.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following types of cookies and local storage:

  • Essential cookies: Required for authentication sessions (managed by Clerk) and to keep you logged in. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
  • Performance cookies: Anonymized analytics to understand which features are used and how the platform performs. We use privacy-friendly analytics with no cross-site tracking.
  • Preference storage: Your UI preferences (theme, sidebar state, etc.) stored in browser local storage.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioral profiling. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information to:

  • Create and manage your account and subscription.
  • Process payments and send billing notifications.
  • Generate and store your workspace artifacts.
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, plan changes).
  • Monitor and improve platform reliability, security, and performance.
  • Respond to support requests and investigate reported issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

Logic64 integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Clerk — identity and authentication management.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Neon DB — serverless PostgreSQL database hosting.
  • Upstash Redis — job queue and session caching.
  • Anthropic / OpenAI — AI reasoning engine. Prompts may be sent to these providers; please review their data use policies.

We only share the minimum data required for each integration to function. We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own marketing or product training.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will purge your personal data and workspace artifacts within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate billing dispute resolution (up to 7 years for financial records).

Log data (IP addresses, request logs) is retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Portability: Request your workspace data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to certain processing activities.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@logic64.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also delete your account directly from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), encrypted database storage, role-based access control, and regular security audits. Payment data is never stored on our servers.

Despite these measures, no internet service is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and to report any suspected security vulnerabilities to security@logic64.com.
